Weatherly & Associates is a boutique law firm specialising in the areas of Family Law, Wills & Estate Administration, Corporate & Commercial Law and Property Law (commercial and residential conveyancing). We provide legal advice to a broad range of clients including individuals, small to medium businesses, charities and not-for-profit organisations.

Rachel graduated from Adelaide University in mid-2002 with a Bachelor of Arts and Bachelor of Laws and completed her Graduate Diploma in Legal Practice at the end of 2002.
In November 2002 she commenced working in the areas of Family Law, Criminal Law and Wills and Estates. Rachel was admitted to practice as a Barrister and Solicitor of the Supreme Court of South Australia on 2 June 2003 and to the High Court of Australia on 4 September 2003.
Rachel has specialised in the area of Family Law since September 2003 and also practices in the area of Wills and Estates. Her experience has included managing a file load in conjunction with running trials in the Family Court of Australia and the Federal Circuit Court of Australia, both in relation to property and children’s issues.
Rachel has also introduced the area of Criminal Law to the firm and has retained the services of an experienced criminal barrister who is at the Independent Bar to work with her in this area.
Rachel is a member of the Law Society of South Australia and the Law Council of Australia (Family Law Section).
Ai graduated from Flinders University in 2002 with a Bachelor of Laws and Legal Practice and a Bachelor of Science.
In November 2002 she commenced working in the area of Corporate & Commercial Law. Ai regularly advises our business clients on a range of corporate and commercial matters, including the documentation of transactions and reviewing and drafting contracts. She also has broad expertise in the area of charities and not-for-profit law, with particular focus on establishing new charities, restructuring existing organisations, advising on the various tax issues regarding charities and their ongoing compliance requirements.
Ai is a member of the Law Society of South Australia.
Stacey is our accounts and practice manager, who assists us in all areas of our practice and is responsible for keeping the practice running smoothly. She brings to her role as practice manager at Weatherly & Associates over 20 years’ experience in the legal industry as a rounds clerk, receptionist, legal secretary and practice manager. Stacey’s efficiency and competency makes her an invaluable member of our team.
